Miranda Stratton 

Manager - Designated Safeguarding Lead, Behaviour management & additional SENCO

CACHE Diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce Level 3.

Miranda joined the team in February 2016 as an early years educator and SENCO.She has many years’ experience in child care and has taken over as manager from July 2022. She also holds qualifications in Health & Safety, First Aid, Food handling, Senco role and Child Protection.

Vicky 

Deputy Setting Manager, Early Years Educator, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer

CACHE Level 3 (Children & Young People'sWorkforce).

First Aid Officer. Health and Safety Officer. Behavior Management.

Vicky is our newest member of the team and started with us in April 2025, just beforewe transitioned into the new building. Vicky haslots of experience and knowledge and has worked in childcare for 10 years.

Charmaine

Early Years Educator

CACHE Level 3 (Pre-school Practice)

Charmaine has recently started at the setting. She has excellent knoweldge of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how to implement this at the setting. Charmaine is also about to undertake training to become the settings SENCO

Amanda 

Early Years Educator 

Level 3 

Amanda is our newest team member. She has many years experience working in various early years settings. She is a key person within the setting.

Sally Smith 

Early Years Educator 

CACHE level 3 Diploma (Children and young people's workforce).

 Sally joined our team in January 2015 to take on a keyperson role within the setting. She has had previous experience in other settings.

Alison Dixon 

Early Years Educator - SENCO

CACHE Level 3 

 Alison joined the team in April 2022, she has a weath of experience and knowledge relating to early years practice and children with additional needs. 

Alison is a key person to a group of children within the setting.

Nicki Randall

Early Years Assistant

BTEC National Diploma Nursery Nursing Level 3

 Nicki was a member of the committee whilst her children were at the setting. She has been excited to take up the role of a "bank" member of staff who can be called upon when the setting is busy or to cover shortages.  Nicki has a BTEC Level 3 in childcare education and has been a nanny to several children.
